Branded documents
Every e-ticket and invoice in your agency's design
Branded documents let every agency put its own identity on the PDFs booking24 creates. Each agency sets its logo, footer columns, bank details and an advertising banner for e-tickets, positioned to the millimetre, while everything it leaves untouched is inherited from shared defaults.
Why it matters
Every e-ticket and invoice your customer receives is a piece of marketing. When it carries a generic layout or someone else’s details, the trust you built at the counter leaks away, and so do repeat bookings.
With booking24, one system produces the documents for every agency, yet each one looks like it came from that agency: its logo, its footer, its bank account and its own advertising space. Shared defaults keep everything consistent, and each agency changes only what makes it different.
How it works
Upload your logo
Upload the agency logo once in your agency profile. It appears on your documents and in the header of your back office.
Place it to the millimetre
Set the position and size of the logo, the advertising banner and up to seven footer columns in millimetres, so the layout matches your stationery.
Add an advertising banner
Upload a JPG or PNG banner of up to 2 MB for e-tickets and booking confirmations. Without one, the EU passenger rights banner can be shown instead.
Get paid into your account
Your bank details replace the defaults on booking documents and on the Swiss QR bill, so customers pay your agency directly.
Keep what works, reset the rest
Every setting shows whether it is your own value or the default. Reset a single field, or all of them, with one click.
Control without the chaos
Shared defaults
A global template defines every value once. Agencies only store what they change and inherit everything else.
Self-service behind a role right
Agency staff edit their own settings only when their role allows it, and never the global template.
Administrators stay in control
Administrators can lock a setting to read-only, copy a value to all agencies or reset an agency back to the defaults.
Values checked on save
IBAN check digits, BIC codes, e-mail and web addresses, phone numbers and millimetre ranges are validated before anything is stored.
Images within limits
Banner uploads accept JPG and PNG files of up to 2 MB and 4000 × 4000 pixels, stored separately for each agency.
Optional notes on tickets
Each agency decides whether its e-tickets show the check-in and baggage notes and the EU passenger rights banner.
Questions agencies ask
Which documents carry our branding?
E-tickets, booking confirmations and booking invoices carry your logo and footer. The advertising banner appears on e-tickets and booking confirmations.
Can each agency change these settings itself?
Yes. Staff with the matching role right edit them on the agency settings page, and administrators decide which settings stay locked.
What happens if we never change anything?
Your documents use the shared defaults, and you can switch to your own values at any time.
Can we show our own advertising on e-tickets?
Yes. Upload a banner image and place it on the ticket. Without one, the EU passenger rights banner can appear instead.
Do our bank details appear on payment documents?
Yes. Your IBAN and payee details replace the defaults on booking documents and on the Swiss QR bill.
