Ticketing and PNL
From e-ticket to passenger list, sent to the airport on time
Ticketing and PNL covers everything between the booking and the gate. booking24 creates a PDF e-ticket for every passenger, sends the passenger name list to airports and airlines on a schedule, follows up with ADL change messages, and reads boarding results back to evaluate no-shows on every flight.
Why it matters
The last hours before a charter departure decide whether check-in runs smoothly. A passenger name list that is late, incomplete or full of last-minute edits means queues at the counter and calls to the airport.
booking24 sends the list on time and keeps it current with ADL messages, without staff copying names into e-mails. Special services travel with the list, the list freezes before check-in, and boarding results come back so you know who actually flew.
How it works
An e-ticket for every passenger
Every passenger gets a PDF e-ticket with booking number, client number and price, and your staff can e-mail it straight from the booking.
The PNL goes out on its own
Up to 48 hours before departure, the passenger name list is sent to the airport as a SITA Type B message or directly to the airline's Amadeus Altéa system.
Changes follow as ADL
Later changes are worked out against the last transmission and sent as ADL messages, every few minutes during boarding time.
Special services travel with the list
Infants, seat requests, wheelchairs, unaccompanied minors and pets are coded in the list, so the airport knows before the passenger arrives.
Boarding results come back
Boarding and no-show reports from the airport are matched to your bookings, and the no-show tax for each flight is calculated.
Built for the last hours before departure
A stable list at check-in
No passengers are removed from two hours before departure and none are added from 45 minutes before, so check-in works with a stable list.
Fresh changes are held back
Changes made in the last five minutes wait for the next transmission instead of going out half finished.
Every transmission logged
Every send is logged per flight, and the monitoring screen shows passenger counts, duplicates and send errors.
Duplicate names flagged
Possible duplicate passenger names are flagged before the list goes out.
One list from many agencies
Passengers booked by several agencies and partner systems are combined into one list for each flight.
Manual control when it matters
Operators can resend everything, send only the changes as ADL or push all pending changes immediately.
Coming next
E-tickets as Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes
Coming soonEvery e-ticket becomes a live boarding pass through flywallet, so gate, boarding time and seat changes reach the passenger's lock screen.
