Multikanal partner hub
Book your partners' flights without leaving your system
Multikanal connects your agency to a partner's booking system. Your agents book partner seats from booking24, the booking comes back as a regular booking in your list, and invoices, credit balances and staff follow from the partner. A three-way reconciliation keeps both systems in line and shows every difference.
Why it matters
Many agencies sell seats from a partner’s booking system next to their own: a charter partner, a consolidator or another agency group. Usually that means two logins, two booking lists and a spreadsheet to keep balances and invoices in line.
Multikanal links the two systems. Your agents book partner seats from booking24, the booking comes back as a normal booking in your list, and invoices, credit balances and staff follow from the partner. When something drifts, you see it with numbers before your accountant does.
How it works
Connect a partner
An admin picks the partner system and your agency, then chooses what to bring over, from bookings, invoices and credit balances to staff, customers and the credit line.
Checks before anything moves
Preflight checks confirm the partner account, branch, till and allotment and show how many records will be copied. The start stays locked until every error is fixed.
Watch the first run
The onboarding run copies data in the background with live progress for each step. It can be cancelled at any time, and whatever was already copied stays.
Book partner flights from your list
Agents book partner seats in booking24. The booking is written at the partner and comes back as a local copy with passengers, status, price and flight.
Stay in line afterwards
Bookings, invoices and credit balances keep coming from the partner, cancellations made at your agency are sent back, and a read-only check shows any drift.
Built so the numbers always add up
Credit checked before booking
Your balance at the partner is checked before a partner flight is booked. If it is too low, the agent sees how much is available and how much is needed.
Never above the partner's limit
Your credit limit follows the partner. You can set a lower limit locally, but it is always capped at the limit the partner gives you.
Three-way reconciliation
Every field is compared across the partner, your copy and the value from the last sync. Only real changes are applied, and conflicts are logged.
Repairs never delete
Repair runs re-sync bookings that differ and flag anything they cannot resolve for review, instead of deleting it.
One partner agency, one agency
Each partner agency is linked to exactly one agency in your system, and every query at the partner is limited to that link.
A full audit trail
Every insert, update, conflict and pushed cancellation is logged, and every run records who started it.
Questions agencies ask
Which system is the source of truth?
The partner system. Bookings, flights, invoices and credit balances come from the partner, and cancellations made at your agency are sent back to it.
Do our agents need a second login at the partner?
No. Partner seats are booked from booking24, and the onboarding sets up the technical access at the partner for you.
What happens when our balance at the partner runs out?
The booking is stopped before it is placed, with a message that shows the available and the required amount.
Can we check the connection without changing anything?
Yes. A check run compares both systems, shows the counts and any differences, and changes nothing.
Do partner invoices end up in our accounting?
Yes. Invoices and credit balances from the partner arrive as receipts in your system.
